Cape LaHave - Bridgewater : Cape La Have - June 25th - first really nice week-end of the year.  La Have/Bantam Bay is a great paddle with protected waters or more exposed waters depending on skill level or just plain adventure level. Note - water is coooold most of the time - so be forewarned and don't let the adventure level cloud your judgement
